Intellectual property

Payment and fees
Payment terms are specified in your project agreement. Fees are due as outlined in invoices. Late payments may be subject to interest or service suspension. Refunds are handled in accordance with the terms of your specific engagement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Full Custom AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
